Lady Links has grown into something bigger than one person — and that’s a good thing.
As we head into 2026, we’re building a small Leadership Board made up of women who love Lady Links and want to help bring events, experiences, and community to life throughout the season.
This isn’t about titles or perfection. It’s about sharing the load, supporting each other, and keeping Lady Links fun, welcoming, and well-run.
What Leadership Looks Like at Lady Links
Leadership at Lady Links is hands-on, flexible, and community-driven.
Each board member:

Takes ownership of one main area or one event during the season

Acts as a second set of hands on event days

Helps shape the experience for members
Most events are included in membership and low-cost — partnerships and venues are already in place. These roles are about support, execution, and heart, not starting from scratch.

Open Leadership Roles (2026)
We’re currently looking for women interested in supporting the following areas:
Content & Event Media
Help capture photos and videos at events so members can stay present while the memories live on.
Community Engagement
Be a friendly point person at events — welcoming new members, helping with pairings, and gathering feedback.
Tournament & League Support
Assist with leagues, tournaments, pairings, scoring coordination, and on-course flow.
Sponsorships & Partnerships
Support relationships with golf courses, brands, and local partners who host and collaborate with Lady Links.
Merch & Pro Shop
Support Lady Links merch, bag tags, apparel, and special drops throughout the season.
Membership & Operations Support
Assist with member onboarding, welcome moments, and light coordination behind the scenes.
(Roles may evolve based on interest — we’re building this together.)
Event Ownership (A Fun Part of the Role)
Each Leadership Board member will act as the main support person for at least one Lady Links event during the season — helping with:
Day-of logistics
Check-in and flow
Creating a great member experience
You won’t be doing this alone — Erin will always be involved — but having a go-to person makes everything smoother and more fun for everyone.
